HELP EVERY EMPLOYEE USE AI WITH SKILL, CARE, AND GOOD JUDGMENT.

READY AI GO · AN ELIOVP PRODUCT

Practical AI literacy for every team

AI is entering everyday work faster than most teams can build shared habits around it.

Ready AI Go gives every employee a practical foundation for using AI with skill, care, and good judgment, while giving the organisation progress records that can support its measures under Article 4 of the EU AI Act.

WHY WE BUILT IT

We kept hearing the same gap

Many ElioVP customer conversations begin with infrastructure, models, or automation. Underneath the technical questions, however, we kept finding a more human one: how do we help everybody use AI well?

Access had moved quickly. Confidence, shared language, and practical judgment had not. Some employees were experimenting without enough guidance; others avoided useful tools because they were unsure what was safe or expected.

Another policy document was not enough. Teams needed a short, approachable way to practise the everyday decisions that responsible AI use actually requires. That is why we built Ready AI Go.

From policy to practice

Employees work through recognisable situations and learn when AI helps, when to check its output, and when to stop and ask.

A foundation for everyone

The programme is written for the whole workforce, not only technical teams or early adopters.

Insight beyond completion

A delayed knowledge check helps the company see what people retained and which topics may need more attention.

  • APPLICABLE SINCE 2 FEBRUARY 2025
  • SUPERVISION AND ENFORCEMENT SINCE AUGUST 2026

EU AI ACT · ARTICLE 4

AI literacy is an obligation for organisations that use AI

Providers and deployers of AI systems must take measures to support the development of AI literacy among staff and other people using those systems on their behalf.

The European Commission confirms that this also applies when employees use tools such as ChatGPT to write or translate text.

01

A shared, practical AI foundation

Give employees a common understanding of how AI works, where it helps, and which risks require care.

02

A delayed check of what remains

See what employees retain after the course and where additional guidance may be useful.

03

Clear progress records for HR

Keep participation, progress, and results visible as part of your organisation’s wider AI literacy approach.

Ready AI Go supports education, follow-up, and progress records. Appropriate measures remain context-dependent. Ready AI Go does not provide legal advice, certify compliance, or guarantee conformity with the EU AI Act.

ONE CLEAR FOUNDATION

Practical enough to use the same day

Ready AI Go turns responsible AI use into everyday decisions, not another policy PDF or one-off awareness session.

20–30 minute foundation

A concise introduction that gives employees useful habits without pulling them away from their work for hours.

Scenario-led learning

Fictional workplace examples and controlled exercises make abstract guidance concrete without requiring real company data.

English and Dutch

A shared programme for teams in Belgium, the Netherlands, and across the EU.

Your company context

Approved tools, internal policy, and a support contact can sit beside the course so employees know what applies at work.

HOW IT WORKS

From invitation to insight in three steps

Your company chooses who learns and when. Ready AI Go handles the course, reminders, and delayed knowledge check.

01. Set the rollout

Choose employees, a course version, and a deadline. Every assignment stays clear and traceable.

02. Learn by doing

Employees follow the course in simple language, using fictional examples and a controlled prompt exercise.

03. Check what sticks

After the configured delay, a 10-minute scenario assessment shows what employees remember and where to focus next.
